Dr. James A. Poland & Dr. Jeffrey A. Poland

Dr. James A. Poland is a graduate of Beall High School and Frostburg State University. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. He is the recipient of the Maryland Optometrist of the Year Award.
Dr. Jim is a member of the American Optometric Association and past-president of the Maryland Optometric Society. He has served on the Maryland Board of Examiners in Optometry and is a past-president of that board. He is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Society.
Dr. Jim resides in Frostburg, Maryland with his wife Judy. They are the proud parents of three children and grandparents to six grandchildren.

Dr. Jeffrey A. Poland is a graduate of Bishop Walsh High School and Frostburg State University. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania Collge of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA. He has received the Citation for Clinical Excellence from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry as well as the Bausch and Lomb Award for Excellence in Contact Lens Practice. He has received board certification as a "Therapeutically Certified Optometrist" from the Maryland Board of Examiners in Optometry.
Dr. Jeff is a member of the American Optometric Association, past-president of the Maryland Optometric Association and serves as president of the Western Maryland Optometric Society. He is a member of Omega Epsilon Phi International Optometric Fraternity. His areas of speical professional interest include Pediatric Eye Care and Ocular Disease and diagnosis and management.
Dr. Jeff resides in LaVale, Maryland with his wife Lisa and children Matthew and Jenna.
